JOHN SOLLY, Adding a Dash of Jazz to the Classics and Pop Standards

With over four decades in the music business, you could say John Solly is a survivor. But playing and singing better than ever, John is doing more than surviving, he is thriving, and having the time of his life.

An accomplished arranger, songwriter, pianist, guitarist and vocalist, John appears primarily as a soloist. Blending original songs and piano compositions with a fresh approach to popular standards and classics, he delights several generations of listeners nightly.

John has performed on the same bill with Sly and the Family Stone, Three Dog Night, Ike and Tina Turner, Paul Revere and the Raiders, The Spencer Davis group featuring StevieWinwood, The Everly Brothers, The Nelson Riddle Orchestra and legendary jazz pianist Erroll Garner.

John’s current CD, Cool Blue Love, was recently released in Japan to glowing reviews. John wrote and arranged all songs on the album, played all musical parts, and sang all vocals.
